INITIAL CONSULTATION

We offer a professional architectural interior design service which can be tailored to your specific needs.   An informal initial consultation allows us to put together a scope of services proposal.  This will identify the services we believe you require and how much each would cost if you wish to proceed.

BRIEF PREPARATION

This is key to the success of your project.  We will work with you to produce a clear outline brief.

FEASIBILITY STUDIES & TEST FITS

You might not be sure that a potential site is going to be suitable.  In this case we can prepare a report which outlines the pros and cons of specific sites in relation to your business or project, and can test fit an office to show how your business can fit into a specific space.

DESIGN CONCEPT

From the start of your project we will work with you to identify your strengths and aspirations and conceive a concept to express these in your unique interior. 

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Outlining furniture, fixtures & equipment specifications and costs. At this point you will want to start to think about a project team. We can offer the services of a design & build contractor we already work with or alternatively work with your own project team.

TECHNICAL DESIGN

Co-ordinating all elements of the design using CAD software means we can avoid clashes on site.  Working with the main contractor we ensure that the best details are used and understood - the devil is in the detail afterall.   

PLANNING & BUILDING CONTROL

We have a comprehensive knowledge of statutory requirements and Building Regulations. We can liaise with Building Control and submit Planning Applications for you. 

LANDLORD APPROVALS

We've been on both sides of the table when it comes to landlord approval so we understand exactly what the landlord team will be looking for. We can facilitate the process to save you time and achieve the best possible design while keeping on the landlord's good side!

CONSTRUCTION

Once the project is on site we will attend site meetings, offer advice, and produce site observation reports.
